If you live outside France, delivery is made with UPS..

Do I have to pay an additional cost for the transport?

Unless otherwise specified for foreign countries, delivery is included in the price of the product.

Which countries are delivered by TEMAHOME?

Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

What are the terms of return by the carrier?

In the case of a return within the withdrawal period (14 days from the day of delivery), we will make the request directly to the carrier to collect the package from your home. 

You will then be contacted by the carrier to agree on a date for the return of the package.

Please make sure that you put the parts back in their original packaging and tape the package.
